Stampede Lacrosse develops leaders by expanding access to the game and the opportunities it creates. We serve young people historically underrepresented in lacrosse, pairing high standards with consistent support. Through sport, mentorship, and community, we build a leadership pipeline that creates continuity and opportunity beyond the field.

Stampede builds a continuous leadership pipeline through lacrosse that guides individuals from youth participation through collegiate leadership and into long term community and workforce impact. While many programs focus on short-term access or academic milestones, Stampede is built for continuity and long-term development. By embedding mentorship, responsibility, and service at every stage, we develop participants into mentors, role models, and leaders over time. This is how Stampede does more than grow the game. We develop leaders who strengthen the communities they come from and return to.
Too many young athletes are left without leadership development, meaningful mentorship, or a clear future beyond the sport. Without leaders who reflect their communities, trust is harder to build and belief is harder to sustain.
That gap shows up in the numbers too, only 17% of NCAA lacrosse players are People of Color, and just 3.9% are Black.
Stampede exists to close that gap. We turn lacrosse into a leadership pipeline that develops young leaders, provides consistent mentorship, and creates real opportunities beyond the field. When leadership is visible, credible, and rooted in representation, young athletes see what is possible, step into leadership, and stay engaged long enough for lasting impact to take hold.
This is why Stampede is more than a program. It is infrastructure for leadership, representation, and long-term community transformation.
